Finance & HR
The Finance & HR portal brings together accounting, tax, payroll and revenue analysis for the company. Every view respects a shared scope (store + period, the bar at the top of the screen): change store or month to recompute all screens.
Accounting
- Treasury: real balances per account (registers, bank, mobile money), computed from register bands and actually-recorded flows — never estimates.
- Accounting journals: double-entry postings generated by synchronising sales.
- General ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Suppliers, customer receivables, expenses, fixed assets (with depreciation).
- Fiscal profile (
FiscalProfile): the company's regime and tax parameters. - SYSCOHADA chart of accounts (
ChartAccount): pivot-tagged accounts enabling automatic reconciliation between business operations and postings.
Revenue analysis
The Revenue analysis module (the Analysis section of the menu) breaks down a store's revenue over the selected period, by the dimension you choose:
- Product type (nature): medications, cosmetics, food, standard. Every product configured as a medication sums its revenue, those configured as cosmetics theirs, and so on.
- Category, Family, Group (family grouping), Aisle, Brand.
For each segment the table shows revenue, quantity sold, the number of sale lines and the share as a percentage of the total. Store scope and period are driven by the portal's shared scope bar.
Revenue is computed from the real sale lines (
SaleTransactionLine) attached to products; a product with no family/aisle configured appears in the "Unclassified" segment.
Document templates
Document layouts (invoices, receipts, tickets, notes…) are provided by your vendor. On the company side, Document design is purely selective: for each document type you pick one of the offered models (a read-only preview gallery); the layout itself is managed for you. Human resources
The HR side manages the company's staff (contracts, payslips, payroll rules). The staff list is shared with the Store Manager (staff coming from the Business Owner configuration).
